Today, Nintendo's latest console, the Wii U, launched in North America (as if you didn't know). Consoles are already selling on eBay for inflated prices.
The prices may not be as high as the $1,000 the Wii was going for on eBay when it launched, but they're still more than they're going for in retailers.
