ZombiU Lets Players Leave Clues for Each Other

Home > ZombiU Lets Players Leave Clues for Each Other
ZombiU is a zombie survival-horror FPS game to be released for the Wii U. It is set in London and follows the story of a series of survivors in the zombie apocalypse. The Wii U's gamepad is put to great use in this game; one of the great uses of the gamepad is the bioscanner. Recently, the developers have released more information on the bioscanner feature; the developers showed how it can be used to find clues that other players have left behind to help or hinder others. For more information on the bioscanner and how the clues are left, click the button below. Originally the bioscanner feature was thought to be meant only as a way to highlight:
  • Infected bodies
  • Ammo
  • Loot
Now, it has also the purpose of reading clues. The clues are left behind in the form of symbols, such as an arrow, a weapon and a zombie. The main problem with this is the possibility of players purposefully leaving behind clues that lead other players right into an unsafe area. What do you think of this feature? Do you like it? Are you happy people will be able to help each other through the game in an inventive way? Are you afraid of the possibility of trolls leading people to their doom? Please answer in the comments!
