Welcome to Nintendo Castle 3.0!

Welcome one and all to version 3.0 of Nintendo Castle's humble layout. I would like to apologize for the wait, as we had to move all of our files, guides, posts, and everything else over to a new CMS, while still designing and working on a new layout for your enjoyment. But, it's finally here! Here are some of the features that are part of, or accompany, version 3.0. As you've most likely already noticed, this layout is button based while still maintaining the drop down menus that we had in version 1.0. I would like to extend my thanks, first off, to The8bitmoon for making our banner and most of our buttons, and PixelatedAwesome for helping us switch to Wordpress from Drupal. Other then this, though, we will be changing some key parts of the way we do things around here, so click the jump to hear more of our philosophy changes.

Among other things, the content updates will now be focusing on only a couple of games, as we found the previous way of doing things horribly inefficient. Now, every staff member will have a game, and it is their goal to complete every bit of content possible for that game, and then move to another game. Here are the games planned... Iamthefusedshadows - Pokemon Snap Emhave - Super Mario Sunshine Pocodudeface - Donkey Kong Country Returns Link8150 - The Legend of Zelda (Original) Other then that, there are a few other things that we will be doing differently. We will be focusing on reporting news much much more, as with version 2.0 we were lucky to get out 2 new posts a week, we will now focus on using the front page as a way of reporting site and overall Nintendo news. Secondly, we will actually be using our Twitter and Facebook accounts, so make sure to follow and like those two pages. Lastly, staff openings are back up, and we encourage EVERYONE with two hands and a brain to apply, we always need more help! I think that's all, enjoy version 3.0!
