Pocodudeface: Wii U Mini Review Day 3

Home > Pocodudeface: Wii U Mini Review Day 3
It's been 3 days since the Wii U launched, and it's time once again for me to write my mini-review for it. Interested in what I did with my Wii U today? Hit the jump to find out. Some stuff came up, and I really didn't spend as much time with my Wii U today as I would have liked. However, I have a few days off school this week, and I should have plenty of time to play this weekend I played some more Nintendo Land today. I'm really starting to enjoy Yoshi's Fruit Cart, and I think the idea is extraordinary. My little brothers are getting better at chasing me through various twists and turns in Mario Chase, and burning me with their flashlights in Luigi's Ghost Mansion. They can beat me at those two games almost every time now. Regardless, I'm still enjoying Nintendo Land, although I think I might get bored with it before too long. However, it's going to be an excellent game for parties! After Nintendo Land, I once again moved on to New Super Mario Bros. U. I've progressed farther, but still not quite as far as I'd have liked to. I'm about halfway through the game right now. I'm really enjoying myself so far, and the level design is really great. Another thing to note, is that this game is much more challenging then previous installments in the New Super Mario Bros series, especially the handhelds. I die at least once almost every level, and I've already got one game over, in the second world. The challenge really sets the game apart from it's prequels, and it's a good thing too, because New Super Mario Bros. U feels a little to similar to the rest of the series. The last thing I want to mention today is the system transfer. I've yet to do it, because I can't decide if I want to or not. While the system transfer seems to have worked well for everyone that's done it, once you transfer the data it's completely gone from the Wii, which is something I'm not sure if I'm willing to do. I'll let you know once I make the decision. Until tomorrow, this has been Pocodudeface.
