IGN has recently reported that Nintendo's newest console has a an automatically enabled feature that powers down the Wii U after 60 minutes of idleness, if when a game is running. Because you can turn this feature off or change the time limit, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. However, for gamers who don't know about it, they'll find a not so fabulous surprise after returning to their game from a long break. The Wii U launches in North America on November 18.
