FlaPS recently got in contact with us about their new game Cold War 2 that will be coming to Wii U and 3DS if it gets crowdfunded on
Kickstarter. Cold War 2 takes a political stance on the aggressiveness of modern Russia, and a possible outcome of it. Cold War 2 allows you to pick your country, and then battle it out against others in a semi-accurate world map. You can spend your money upgrading your military so that you can take on your enemies with weapons like dolphin-launching machine guns. Cold War 2 seems to be the perfect mix of 'Risk' and 'Clash of Clans'. Hit the jump for more info and artwork.
