| Hyrule Castle | Din's Fire | Child | Bombs | When your heading to the castle, take the vines up to bypass the gates. When you come to a fork in the path, choose the right way. Now, bomb the boulder, to reveal a sercret enterance, which happens to lead right to the fairy fountain. |
| Zora's Fountain | Farore's Wind | Child | Bombs | You want to start this thing off by Jabu Jabu's belly. Go to the right of him, and travel tell you reach land, that will have a gossip stone on it. Bomb right next to the boulder, to open up the patheway to it. |
| Desert Colossus | Nayru's Love | Adult | Bombs | If you go right, starting at the entrance to the spirit temple, in between to palm trees, you will find two palm trees. Blow the cracked wall up that is in between them, to find the entrance to the great fairy fountain |

| Hyrule Field | Use bombs to make the boulder explode across the small stream in Hyrule Field, to find the entrance to this Fairy Fountain. |
| Graveyard | Bomb the wall at the end of the tomb, where you got your free Hylian Shield. |
| Sacred Forest Meadow / Lost Woods | When you exit the Sacred Forest Meadow, you will find a ladder lying against the small hedge. Go up it, and bomb the boulder's up in the middle, to find the enterance to this conveniently placed fairy fountain. |
| Zora's River | On the shore of Zora's River, shatter the boulder that is placed in the middle of a circle of smaller rocks, with your bombs, to find the entrance to this fairy fountain. |
| Zora's Domain | If you play the song of storms, on the oddly shaped island at the bottom of Zora's Domain. |
| Gerudo's Fortress | If you happen to get thrown into jail, at the Gerudo's Fortress, you need to head to the line of 4 wooden crates, and play the song of storms near them. This will appear a fairy fountain entrance unto you. |
