Monster Bait

For this next dungeon you will need the Bait. If you haven’t bought it already, travel down, right, up (path on the right), right, up, and left 2 screens. Kill the Blue Lynels here and bomb the wall right beside the diagonal part of the mountain. You should have enough money to buy the bait, but if for some reason you don’t, grind or go back and find any moblin hideouts, if you neglected any. Once you have the bait from the store, go right 2 screens, down, left, and down 1 screen, left 2 screens, down 1 screen, left 1 screen, down 2 screens, right 2 screens, and up 2 screens. On this screen you will see a lake that looks exactly like a fairy pond, but instead of a fairy there is a moblin and the trees are brown. Play your Whistle and the water will evaporate revealing a staircase. Descend down the stairs to enter the 7th dungeon, the Demon Labyrinth.

The Demon

This dungeon is fairly large; however, most of the enemies in this dungeon are from the first two dungeons. There are a few routes to complete this dungeon, but I recommend starting by going right. Kill the Lanmolas in this room and grab the bombs, then go up. Kill the Keese if you want and go right. In this room you can kill all the Goriyas to open the locked door, but that only leads to an Old Man room. Go right when you are done with this room and use your Flute and Sword to kill the Digdogger. Pick up the bombs and continue right. Kill all the Stalfos in this room and grab the Key, then backtrack left three screens. When you return to the room with the Keese you want to bomb the upper wall. Kill all the Stalfos in this room, grab the Compass, and go left again. Kill the Goriyas in this room if you want although it is not necessary, and bomb the lower wall (Alternatively, you can go back down and left a screen after acquiring the Compass). In this room bomb the left wall, and if you want to replenish your bomb supply kill the Goriyas. Go left, and kill all the Keese if you want more bombs, then go down. Kill all the Ropes and another Key will appear, grab it and go up two screens. Bomb all the Dodongos for some rupees and go up if you have 100 rupees and you wish to increase your bomb capacity. If you purchase the bomb upgrade from the Old Man, go down, right, and up a screen. Kill the enemies in this room to unlock the door on the top wall, and go through to the next room. Kill the Digdogger and bomb the wall on the right. In this room kill the Lanmolas and you will receive yet another Key. Go left two screens and kill all the Goriyas if you want some rupees. Now is the time to use the Bait. Go up a screen and a hungry Goriya will say “Grumble, grumble...” and you will not be able to pass through. Give him the Bait and he will vanish. Go up to the next room and kill all the enemies to obtain the Map. Bomb the upper wall and you will find a room filled with rupees. Bomb the wall on the right to enter the next room, kill all the Goriyas for some rupees, and go right again. Kill the Goriyas once again and another Key will appear, grab it and go back left and down a screen. Bomb the wall on the right in this room, you can avoid the Goriyas, but in the next room you will have to kill all the enemies. When the Goriyas are dead push the left most block in the diamond formation and descend the stairs. This item is the Red Candle, rather than only being able to shoot one flame per screen, the Red Candle allows you to fire as many flames as you want.

Aquamentus the Second

Go back up the stairs and bomb the wall on the right. Kill all the Goriyas in this room and they will drop some more bombs. The upper door leads to a room with some Lanmolas that will drop some bombs. You can go up if you want, or you can just continue going right. Kill the Digdogger to unlock the door, and go up. Bomb some Dodongos for some bombs, and place a bomb on the right wall. Defeat all the Wallmasters in this room and push the middle block of the vertical line of blocks to reveal a staircase in the upper right corner. Enter the staircase and bomb your way into the boss room (place the bomb on the right wall). The boss of this room is an old friend, Aquamentus and he is exactly the same, unfortunately for him, Link is not. If you have been following the walkthrough you should have the Magic Sword, Magic Shield, and Blue Ring, making this fight the easiest in the game. Once the green dragon is defeated again grab the Heart Container, and then retrieve the 7th piece of the Triforce.
