Bottle #1 After you have pursued the main story to the point in which you have entered Dragon Roost Island, you must talk to a girl named Medli. After doing so, she will ask for your help. Head outside to help her, and she will ask you to throw her to the cliff opposite where you currently are. When the wind is blowing in that direction, do so, and she will give you your first bottle. This bottle is required to beat the game. Bottle #2 Once you can sail freely, head over to Bomb Island (F5). There will be a man there with a telescope, Use your telescope to find the submarine he is pointing at. Head there with your boat, kill the enemies inside, and claim your second bottle! Bottle #3 Beedle is selling a bottle for 500 rupees at Rock Spire Island (F5). Bottle #4 After defeating the Helmaroc King at the forsaken fortress, head over to Windfall Island. Turn day into night if it isn't already, and talk to the poor girl Mila. She'll tell you to go away, so follow her orders and head up the stairs near you. She will start running, so follow her making sure you're at a safe distance until she makes it to the nearby shopkeepers's safe. Talk to her, and answer her questions with the first answer for each, and she will give you your fourth bottle.
